I refer to the Minister's reply to my question on notice No. 1738, that as of 30 November 2018, the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation had not received comments from the Radiological Council regarding the Site Management Plan prepared by Cristal Pigments Australia on January 2018, and I ask: (a) has the Radiological Council provided comments to the Site Management Plan since this date; (b) if yes to (a), could the Minister table copy of the comments; and (c) if no to (b), why not?
