(b) Yes. The Online library, e-commerce facility and proposals for a Government Call Centre will have accommodation requirements. At this point, no firm decisions have been made in relation to accommodation. (c) No. The outcomes required for South West Online clearly relate to the provision of: - Electronic Library - E-commerce Training Centre - Web Portals - Government Call Centre - Upgrade of Telecommunications Infrastructure An estimate of the costs associated with each of the projects is being developed by a community steering committee with executive support from the South West Development Commission to ensure these outcomes are met. It is correct that the Government has committed $2 million to the specific development of an online library in Bunbury. Some of the funds will contribute to collocation of this component within the City’s physical library building. (d) The online library will be collocated with the physical library and as such will be accommodated in either existing or new premises to be developed in the City of Bunbury. (e) The South West Online initiative will consider the needs of all South West communities. The management committee has broad local government representation to ensure community needs are recognised and as such provide direct access to planning by local government. (a) No charges have been considered either by the management committee or by the South West Development Commission.
