I refer to page 16 of the Forest Products Commission 2024/25 Annual Report regarding land purchases under the Softwood Plantation Investment Program, and I ask: (a) in which local governments were properties purchased in 2024/25; (b) what method was used to purchase the properties e.g. by auction, private tender etc; (c) what was the value $/ha of each of the purchases; (d) what was the primary land use of each of the properties prior to purchase by FPC; and (e) was the FPC the losing bidder on any properties?
