I refer to question without notice 831 dated 25 September 2007. (1) On which dates since 18 September 2007 has this matter been heard in the Magistrate’s Court? (2) Has any presiding magistrate in any court hearing since 18 September 2007 expressed a view indicating that the magistrate did not believe it was in the public interest for the trial to proceed; and, if so, when? (3) Following question without notice 831 being asked in the Legislative Council on 25 September 2007, did a witness for the prosecution amend her statement of evidence; if so, was this witness contacted by the police prior to the amendment of the statement of evidence, and, if so, on what date?
