(a-k) The Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP) fund helps Local Gove ment Authorities build communities across Western Australia.
RDAP addresses the costs associated with development in regional WA, which can make projects unviable for private developers, and it also frees up land supply in areas where the supply of privately developed land is often limited, or non-existent.
The project was to deliver six lots, all of which have been delivered and sold (between 2009 2025).
Purchasers set construction timeframes, built form design and occupation in line with development conditions.
The Local Government Authority (LGA) is responsible for the planning and development of community facilities. Development of this scale (six lots) generally do not require additional facilities.
