I refer to the Minister's announcement on 12 October 2012 regarding an upgrade for the Mitchell Freeway and Reid Highway interchange, and ask —
(1) Is the $5.2 million allocation for an interim plan contained in the current State Budget?
(2) If yes to (1), under which line item and in which financial years is the money listed in the Budget?
(3) If no to (1), has new money been allocated?
(4) If yes to (1), in which forward estimates will it be spent?
