(a) – (b) There were no formal briefings by myself or my office to any other Ministerial Office in relation to the injunction on media organisations.
The Attorney General’s office was alerted to the injunctions by the office of the State Solicitor. My office alerted the Premier’s office to the injunction on media organisations on 3 August 2019, the day it was issued.
