I refer to the answer to question without notice 671 and the statement that “the minister retained possession of the document in her file that day”. (1) Does that mean the minister retained possession of the file and with it the document? (2) Does that mean she retained the document, and separated it from the file? (3) If the latter, why did she separate it from the file, and why did she take the separated document into the House? Hon G.T. GIFFARD
