(1) Has the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) requested a health impact assessment prior to granting approval of any of the existing onshore unconventional gas projects?
(2) If yes to (1), please specify which projects?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
(4) Has the DMP requested a health impact assessment prior to granting approval of any of the existing onshore oil or gas projects?
(5) If yes to (4), please specify which projects?
(6) If no to (4), why not?
(7) For onshore oil or gas projects currently under consideration, at what stage is the health impact assessment being conducted?
(8) Has the Minister or the DMP been in correspondence with the Minister of Health or the Department of Health about the health impact assessment policy?
(9) If yes to (8), what is the content of these discussions?
(10) Does the DMP have any own policies regarding Health Impact Assessments of mining, oil and gas projects?
(11) If yes to (10), will the Minister please table these policies?
