Can the
Attorney General provide, for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 —
(a) the number
of firearms licence application refusals that were subsequently appealed at the
State Administrative Tribunal; and
(b) the number
of those appeals that were upheld or referred to WA Police for review by the
State Administration Tribunal?

(a) There were 60 in 2010; 48 in 2011; and 75 in 2012.
(b) The
information being sought by the member is not readily available. The
information system used is designed to address operational and statutory
requirements and does not facilitate the ready provision of the information
