Horizon Power
No appointments or reappointments have been made to the Horizon Power Board in the calendar year 2013.
Synergy
As at 1 July 2013 and the creation of the joint Synergy-Verve board, Michael Smith, Dr Margaret Seares and Eric Hooper retained their positions as board members, with the addition of Mark Chatfield, Keith Spence and Michael Goddard.
As Synergy board members, their terms will cease on 31 December 2013, however their terms will continue under the board of the merged entity.
Verve Energy
On 30 June 2013, the following ceased to be Directors of the Electricity Generation Corporation (Verve Energy):
· Mr David Eiszele
· Mr Harvey Collins
· Mr Duncan Clegg
· Ms Gaye McMath
As of 1 July 2013, the following were appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Verve Energy:
· Mr Michael Smith (also appointed as Chairperson of the Board)
· Mr Eric Hooper (appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Board)
· Mr Mark Chatfield
· Professor Margaret Seares AO
· Mr Michael Goddard
Mr Keith Spence continues as a Non-Executive Director of the Board.
Western Power
There have been no new or renewed appointments to the Western Power Board in the calendar year 2013 to date. (02/10/2013)

Synergy
