(1) How long does the existing Earbus contract to Telethon Speech & Hearing run for, in both the Perth Metropolitan region and the South West region respectively? (2) When the above contract expires, is there the option for extension of the contract or renewal without going to a new tender? (3) When the current Earbus contract expires will it go out to tender? (4) If yes to (3), is the new tender likely to have any change in the scope of services and service delivery area? (5) Will the new tender be invite only, restricted tender; or will it be an open, competitive tender process?

(1) The Telethon Speech & Hearing Service Agreement - C047652 (Earbus) expires on 31 December 2015.
(2) No. Under Government procurement guidelines it is a requirement that the contract will go to tender.
(3) This is yet to be determined.
(4-5) Not applicable.
