the parliamentary secretary representing the
Minister for Planning and Lands:
I refer to the
recent Auditor General's 16th report titled Fraud
Risks in Land Transactions by DevelopmentWA .
(1) Has the CEO of DevelopmentWA referred any
matters arising from report 16 or from any related internal investigations to
the Corruption and Crime Commission, noting section 28 of the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 ?
(2) Is the minister aware whether the Auditor
General has referred any matters to the Corruption and Crime Commission as a
result of investigations into the preparation of report 16?
(3) Has the minister referred any related matters
to the CCC?
(4) If yes to (1) to (3), what is the nature of
those matters?
