The Department of Transport advises:
(1) The business case for the procurement of additional rail cars and ancillary investments was the submission to the 2011/12 budget process.
(2 - 3) The outcomes from the budget process are included in the 2011/12 Budget Papers. Submissions to the budget process are part of Cabinet deliberations.
