approved the use of heritage buildings in High St as canvases for the artwork; (b) What
were the expected consequences of attaching the artwork to heritage buildings
in High St; (c) What
was the budgeted cost for the removal of the artwork from the heritage
buildings in High St; (d) What
is the cost of repairs to heritage buildings in High St as a result of damage
from the artwork; (e) Who is responsible for damage to the High St
heritage buildings by the artwork; and (f) Has
the Heritage Council had any discussions with City of Fremantle over the damage
to the artwork: (i) How many
discussions have been made between the City and Heritage Council; (ii) When
were the discussions; and (iii) What
were the outcomes of the discussions?
