(a) in each of the six reports listed, what changes to any of the original draft reports were made by the Minister's office or other departmental officers;
(b) why does the date for the Structural Remedial Works report differ from the website to the actual report; and

(a) No changes have been made to the reports by the Minister's office or by departmental officers.
(b) The date for the Structural Remedial Works report shown on the Department of Finance's webpage was incorrect. The date shown on the actual report is correct. The webpage has been corrected to show the date of the report - being 21 July 2010.
(c) The date of the Initial Structural Assessment report was also incorrectly shown on the Department of Finance's webpage. The date should also reflect the date of the actual report. The webpage has been corrected to reflect the actual date of the report - being 28 June 2010.
