I refer to page 763 of the 2013-2014 Budget Papers, Volume 2, which states that 78 per cent of significant projects in the new buildings program were estimated to be delivered within the approved timeframe and ask: (a) what is the approved timeframe; (b) which projects were delivered outside the approved timeframe; and (c) how many months or years was each individual project outside its approved timeframe?

(a) The approved timeframe is the client agency's approved program date, which is normally set at the end of the project definition stage. The timeframe may be adjusted in some circumstances, for example where the client agency has requested the project scope be revised.
