HERITAGE ACT 1972 — HERITAGE SITES
496. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the
Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to question without notice 378 asked in the
Legislative Council on 21 April 2015, the associated tabled paper 2774, and the
Department of Indigenous Affairs' registered site 30274 in respect of
LSC11 dated 27 July 2011.
(1) When was registered site 30274 in respect of LSC11 placed
on the register?
(2) If it was not placed on the register, why was it included
in tabled paper 2774?
(3) If LSC11 was placed on the register as a site
submitted by DIA officer Ryan Crawford, and Robert Brock, why was it removed
using the State Solicitor's Office advice when the site recording form
filled in by the department stated that section 5(a) to (d) of the Aboriginal
Heritage Act applied to it?
(4) If LSC11 was placed on the register, on what date was it
removed?
