EAST KALGOORLIE PRIMARY SCHOOL — MERCURY
CONTAMINATION
51. Dr D.J. HONEY to the Minister for Health:
I have a supplementary question. Is
anything being done to track down other members of the public, especially
children who are not students but who also may have been exposed to mercury
contamination at the school?

AnswerView source ↗

The testing is available for anyone
who has concerns. We are not limiting it. It is for anyone who has concerns. I understand
that this is a significant issue for the community. The Chief Health Officer
was on site today and answered a number of questions from the community. As I said,
the Department of Health is leading the response and will continue to do that.
I reiterate that the testing is available for everyone and anyone who is
concerned.
The SPEAKER : That concludes
question time.
