I refer to the letter the Minister wrote to me dated 29 January 2014 regarding the need to upgrade toilets at Melville Senior High school and ask: (a) have plans for a toilet upgrade at the school been finalised and if not, why not; (b) what will a toilet upgrade at the school entail and what is the estimated cost; (c) when does the Minister expect work to commence on this project; and (d) is there a budgeted amount for the project and if so, how much?

(a) Plans for a toilet upgrade have not yet commenced. The school will be considered as part of the 2014-15 toilet upgrade program.
(b) A feasibility study needs to be undertaken to provide the scope and estimated cost for the upgrade.
