(2) If no to (1), what are the matters subject to the breach of license and what remedial action is required to bring about compliance?
(3) Is the AWWTP currently compliant with the conditions of its
Environmental Protection Act 1986
liquid waste facility license?
(4) If no to (3), what are the matters subject to the breach of license and what remedial action is required to bring about compliance?
(5) Has the AWWTP ever breached conditions of its
Environmental Protection Act 1986
sewage treatment facility license or liquid waste facility license?
(6) If yes to (5), what are the matters subject to the breach of license and what remedial action was required to bring about compliance?

(1-2) Yes.
(3-4) Yes.
(5-6) The Albany Wastewater Treatment Plant has breached its licence conditions by the late submission of its 2007/2008 Annual Environmental Report.
The Department of Environment and Conservation wrote to the Water Corporation requesting an explanation. The Water Corporation responded and advised that it has improved its reporting practices to ensure that a breach of this nature does not occur again.
