The funding available to the Community Disability Housing Program (CDHP) in 2009/2010 and beyond will be determined as part of the normal Government budget process.
The State Government is currently negotiating the new National Affordability Housing Agreement (NAHA) with the Commonwealth Government to replace the Commonwealth State Housing Agreement (CSHA).  These negotiations will in part determine the quantum of funds available to the State for social housing purposes, including for people with disabilities.
In its first term this Government has pledged $11.75 million over four years for the provision of respite facilities for people with disabilities.  Disability Services Commission is determining the priority locations for this funding.
