(2) All towns within the local government authorities of Shire of Broome, Shire of Derby/West Kimberley, Shire of Halls Creek, and Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley.
(3) All towns were assessed for unimproved valuation; and Rural unimproved valuation purposed as at 1 August 2017.
Gross rental valuation dates vary between the local authority areas, and were conducted as at the following dates:
Shire of Broome - 1 August 2014
Shire of Derby/ West Kimberley; and Shire of Halls Creek – 1 August 2015
Shire of Halls Creek -1 August 2015
Shire of Wyndham – East Kimberley – 1 August 2017
(4)-(5) Properties which are not rateable or taxable weren’t assessed.
(6) All towns are intended to be assessed for unimproved valuation; and Rural unimproved valuation purposed as at 1 August 2018.
