the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the Dundas Road
cross-passage incident that occurred at the Forrestfield–Airport Link
project on 22 September 2018 and Legislative Assembly question on notice 5394.
(1) Has the minister now received
the final report into the Dundas Road cross-passage incident?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister table the final report; and, if not, why not?
(3) If no to (1), when is this
expected to be received?
(4) To what
extent has this incident been covered by the Public Transport Authority's
project insurance?

understands that the PTA intends to publish this report by the end of the year.
