(1) For the 2023/24 financial year have any “Request to Attend Event” forms been submitted by Ministerial staff (at or above PSGA Level 5 or equivalent), and if so: (a) Have these forms been submitted to the DPC Integrity Unit: (i) If no to (1(a)) why not; (b) If yes to (1(a)) please detail each event attended by staff; (c) For each event named in (1(b)) what date was each event held; and (d) For each event named in (1(b)) and dated in (1(c)) please detail when the "Request to Attend Event" form was submitted to the DPC Integrity Unit?
