I refer to the Housing Diversity Pipeline Round 2 (HDP2), and I note that DevelopmentWA is inviting offers for development for the below sites, and I note the State Government site (https://www.wa.gov.au/organisation/department-of-planning-lands-and-heritage/current-housing-diversity-pipeline-opportunities) advises that offers close at 2pm, 13 November 2025, but the DevelopmentWA site states that offers close at 2pm, 27 November 2025 (https://developmentwa.com.au/development-opportunities), and I also note that the DevelopmentWA site page states that "these developments have the potential to deliver a combined 2,400 new residential dwellings", and I ask: (a) what is the correct closing date; (b) if offers have closed, can the Minister please advise how many offers were received, per each location: (i) Kiara - Lot 803, Altone Road ("16.89 hectare site primed for residential development, including social housing"); (ii) Joondalup - Lot 9000 McLarty Avenue and Lot 999 (45) Picadilly Circle ("9.6 hectares of vacant land in the heart of Joondalup's city centre, proposed for residential development"); (iii) North Coogee (Shoreline Development) - Lot 217 Anchorage Drive and Lot 341 Bennett Avenue ("Two development-ready sites within the Robb Jetty Local Structure Plan"); and (iv) Tuart Brook (Usher) - Lot 501 (part) Washington Avenue and Lots 800 (part), 802 Parade Road, Usher ("Almost 55.9 ha of land, suitable for residential development"); and (c) regardless of whether the offers have closed, can the Minister please confirm what the breakdown of 2,400 potential homes is, per each site in (b) (acknowledging that this is a "potential" estimate)?
