(1) As at 24 May 2012 Mr Alistair Donald (New South Wales) and Ms Jane McKeon (New South Wales).
(2) Board members are appointed on the basis of their experience, knowledge and skill set in terms of an overall package.
Mr Donald is a corporate lawyer with international experience and a good knowledge of Western Australia, having grown up in Perth. He has sound legal and commercial judgement, an understanding of governance principles, leadership experience, and provides a strategic global legal perspective on matters considered by the Board.
Ms McKeon is from Perth, has a strong national aviation background and a sound understanding of the policy and political frameworks within government. She also has an economics background and broader tourism industry involvement at a national level as a former director of the Australian Tourism Export Council and current director of the Tourism and Transport Forum.
