(1) Has the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards or the Office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner received a letter of complaint and a copy of the Supreme Court decision complaining about Mr Miasi breaching a policy statement of the Department of Minerals and Energy and the Public Sector Code of Ethics?
(2) If yes, did the Commissioner investigate and report on this matter in terms of monitoring compliance with the public sector code of ethics?
(3) If no, will the Commissioner for Public Sector Standards investigate Mr Miasi, an employee of the former Department of Minerals and Energy, for not declaring as the policy statement required, his shareholding interest in Audax Resources as a breach of the Public Sector Code of Ethics?

After considering all the available information, the Commissioner was satisfied that the Department had complied with its obligations under the Public Sector Management Act 1994, the Western Australian Public Sector Code of Ethics and the Department's own code of conduct in its actions in dealing with the allegations about Mr Miasi.
