(1) For each of the consultants listed in (2) and engaged by the Departments of Education or Education Services, I ask:
(a) has the consultant completed the work for which they were engaged;
(b) has a report been completed and delivered to the Department; and
(i) if not, why not;
(c) is the report available publicly; and
(i) if so, where can it be obtained; and
(ii) if not, will the Minister table the report; and
(A) if not why not;
(d) what was the final total cost for each report; and
(e) were any draft reports received by the Department prior to the delivery of the final report; and
(i) if so, how many draft versions were received prior to receipt of the final report?
(2) List of consultants and report purposes for which information is sought:
(a) Glenda Raison – Murchison Education Strategy;
(b) Kadmos Group – Strategic Planning – Establishment of Office of Early Childhood Development and Learning;
(c) Price Waterhouse Coopers – Value for Money Audit;
(d) Price Waterhouse Coopers – Further Development of Independent Public Schools Strategy;
(e) University of Melbourne – Review of Educational Practice in Kindergarten, Pre-Primary and Year One;
(f) Hendy Cowan – Review of Post Secondary Agricultural Education in Western Australia;
(g) Strategy Policy and Research in Education Pty Ltd – International Higher-Degree-By-Research Students Study;
(h) Dr Paul Flatau – Cost-Benefit Analysis on Expenditure on Allocation of Resources to Preventative Strategies;
(i) Acil Tasman Pty Ltd – Industry Demand for Graduates for Western Australia in the next 15 years;
(j) Dr Norman Ashton – Report on Aboriginal Education and Training Council Implementation Report;
