Now that the Environmental Protection Authority has decided not to do a formal assessment of the proposed Muchea saleyards, as it believes dust and odour issues will be manageable, can the minister assure the house that the construction of the saleyards will be completed in 2006, as anticipated? Yes, I believe that I can, although there are always a number of issues that can delay a project, and some of those are unforeseen. However, my understanding from the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority is that it believes it is on track to achieve completion of the project by the end of 2006.
