(4) Only expense incurred on the flight was $135.55 for pilot's expenses. Flying time for the month of March was under the Ministerial Air Charter Contract hours and no other expenses were incurred. (5) Passengers were Hon Nick Griffiths, MLC, Mr Graham Burkett (Chief of Staff) Ms Lyn Jager (Policy Officer Lotteries) Mr Barry Sargeant (Director General Dept. Racing & Gaming) Mr Tom McNeill, (Chairman Race Course Development Trust), Police Supt. Steve Robbins (State Director Police & Citizens Youth Club) and Mr Paul Tye (Manager Healthway) (6) 23 March 2003 time of departure from Perth was 9.58am (7) 23 March 2003 time of departure from Albany was 5.10pm
