(a) 6.50pm.
(b) A helium balloon floated into live overhead wires in the Esplanade tunnel causing it to burst with a flash, the overhead then tripped causing a loss of power. It took some time for these events to be established and infrastructure checked.
(c) 8.15pm.
(d) 15 services were delayed and 9 services were cancelled.
