I refer to comments made by
Professor Dan Lubman, AM, executive clinical director at Turning Point and
director of the Monash Addiction Research Centre at Monash University, as highlighted
in tabled paper 507.
(1) Is the minister aware of
impairment testing versus presence testing?
(2) If not, why not?
