AVONLINK SERVICE —
DISCONTINUANCE
894. Mr M.P. MURRAY to the
Minister for Transport:
I look forward to asking the supplementary question. Will the
minister give a commitment to those people in the wheatbelt that the service will run for longer than six months?

As I said, member for CollieQQQ ### QQQPreston , we will work with the Wheatbelt Development Commission to develop a funding model and I am very confident that
that will deliver a long-term rail solution to those people. I again thank the
member for giving me the opportunity to highlight to the house and to those
constituents the good work they have done.
