(a) The Department does not collect this information centrally. Collating data on individualised education plans for students issued an exclusion order would require central services staff to examine individual records and consult with multiple staff from schools and local education regional offices. This would divert staff away from their normal duties and is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources.
