I refer the Minister to the notice of assignment of the Maylands Boatyard lease, sent to lessees and businesses at the boatyard, and ask -
(1) Was DPI aware that the lease for the Maylands Boatyard had been assigned?
(2) If so, when and under what circumstances did DPI find out the lease had been assigned?
(3) As the lessor, has DPI imposed any conditions for the assignment of the lease?
(4) Will all outstanding maintenance and repair issues be completed before the assignment of the lease is agreed to by DPI?
(5) If not, why not?
