I refer to the Minister for Transport's media statement dated Friday, 31 March 2017, noting the comment that the process will be co-ordinated by the Member for Armadale, Dr Tony Buti MLA and will include a fresh round of consultation with the industry, with a focus on engaging with existing taxi plate owners, and ask: (a) as part of this process, was the Member for Armadale issued with: (i) an access pass to Dumas House; (ii) an office within the Minister's office or within Dumas House more generally; (iii) a DPC issued mobile phone, laptop and/or iPad; (iv) a car-bay at Dumas House; and (v) a DPC issued email address: (A) if not, what email address did the Member use to conduct this consultation on behalf of the Government and what steps were put in place to ensure adherence to the State Records Act 2000 ?
