I refer to the 500 Club function held at Hale House in
December 2014.
(1) Who in the Premier's office approved the
function?
(2) Was there
any communication between the Premier's office and the Department of
the Premier and Cabinet in relation to the function?
(3) If yes to (2), will the Premier table it; and, if not,
why not?
(4) How much money was raised for charity?
(5) To which charity or charities was the money from the
