2 (a) The annual licence fee is made up of a guaranteed base fee and a percentage of gate takings, food and beverage revenue, venue hire fees and naming rights sponsorship. The total value of the annual licence fee approximates $300,000. 2 (b) The licencee is responsible for all costs associated with maintenance of the venue including capital replacement due to fair wear and tear. The licence is responsible for motorsport operations on nominated dates of the year and the Trust is responsible for operations outside those dates.
