I refer to Question on Notice 687, asked on the 15th October 2025, and ask: (a) How may maintenance requests were lodged for Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH) per year, for the last 5 years, disaggregated by region; (b) What were the types/categories of maintenance requests lodged for GROH in the last financial year; (c) For maintenance requests lodged in the last 5 years, what was the average wait time between the requests being lodged and being resolved, disaggregated by region, and by year; and (d) How many maintenance requests were returned or re-opened in the last 2 years, disaggregated by region and year?

c)    To complete works, access is required to be provided by the tenant, with delays in gaining access to properties included in figures provided.
