(1) The Young People with Exceptionally Complex Needs (YPECN) Program began in April 2012. The number of young people using the Program since it commenced has been:
(a-b) Not applicable.
(c) 2011-12 3
(d) 2012-13 10
(e) 2013-14 17
(2) The average length of time spent by a young person with exceptionally complex needs in the care of the Chief Executive Officer for:
(a-b) Not applicable.
(c) 2011-12  365 days
(d) 2012-13  311 days
(e) 2013-14  314 days
(3) This figure is not calculated for individual young people. The Department for Child Protection and Family Support coordinates service supports for children with exceptionally high needs and does not provide for all their daily living expenses, some of which are met by individual agencies.
