I refer to the Government's METRONET High-Capacity Signalling program, and I ask: (a) noting that the Estimated Total Cost of the program under the Public Transport Authority's Asset Investment Program in the 2024-25 State Budget was $667 million, what was the total value of all contracts signed by the State Government to deliver the program at the time of the release of the 2024-25 State Budget; (b) what was the updated Estimated Total Cost of the program at the time of the release of the December 2024 Mid-Year Review; (c) what was the total value of all contracts signed by the State Government to deliver the program at the time of the release of the December 2024 Mid-Year Review; (d) is the total cost for the program identified in the Auditor General's report, '2025 Transparency Report - Major IT Projects', of $2,587.25 million accurate, at the time of publishing of the report; (e) what is the current Estimated Total Cost of the program; and (f) please list all contracts signed by the State Government, to date, to deliver this program, including the cost, the purpose of the contract, and who the contract was made with?

(a)-(f)  Project Estimated Total Costs are contained within the State Budget Papers, and a breakdown of the ETC has been provided through the Budget Estimates process.
Details of contracts are published on the TendersWA website.
The Auditor-General’s report excluded the cost of the Radio Systems Replacement project, which is crucial to the rollout of High Capacity Signalling.
