I refer to Legislative Council questions on notice Nos 1409 and 1596, and the Minister's continual refusal to answer my question for 'security reasons', and noting this is at odds with the Minister's willingness to encourage media and utilise social media to broadcast the Minister's public transport travel to the stadium, and I ask, if the Minister refuses to provide an answer when will the Minister fulfil their obligations under Section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 ?
