I refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, and I ask: (a) given the report identifies recurring operational expenditure of $20.1 million per year and maintenance of $4.9 million per year, has the Government assessed the long-term growth of public sector obligations created by this project; (b) if yes to part (a), what is the assessment; and (c) how does the Government justify the long-term public operating burden identified in the report when many projected benefits rely on private event organisers and tourism markets that are uncertain?
