216. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the article on 26
February 2019 in the Bunbury Herald entitled ''We're
monitoring offenders: top cop'', in which Commissioner of Police Dawson
is quoted as saying —
''One of the roles our sex
offender management squad routinely and very well perform is regularly
monitoring the movement and activities of reportable sex offenders,'' �

The Western Australia Police Force
advises that 60 offenders under the age of 18 are being monitored in Western Australia.
