expected date on which the last of these three trains will enter service?
(2) What is the
estimated annual cost to operate each of these trains when they enter service?
(3) How much money has the government
allocated in the forward estimates for the operation of the five trains

(1) The last of the railcars is scheduled to be delivered in
late 2016.
(2) Approximately $1.22 million.
(3) An additional operating subsidy of $7.339 million.
