TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENT NOTICES
(1) Is it standard practice for police to write the name and address of a driver on the traffic infringement notice being issued? (2) Is it standard practice for details of infringement notices to be entered into the police computer system? (3) What were the addresses shown on the two initial infringement notices given to the member for Ballajura by the police at the time? (4) Were those same addresses entered into the computer system? (3) The private address of a person will not be provided. (4) The same addresses provided to police by the member for Ballajura were entered onto the WA Police infringement record system. (5) There is no link between the fines enforcement system and the WA Police infringement record system.
