I refer to the letters you received from the Office of the Auditor General on 26 October 2023 and 25 March 2024 regarding an instance where you declined to provide information to Parliament and your subsequent failure to provide a written notice to Parliament as Section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 requires, and ask: (a) Did you respond to the Office of the Auditor General's letters: (i) If yes, please table your response; and (ii) If no, why not; and (b) Have you provided written notice to Parliament as Section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006 requires: (i) If yes, on what date; and (ii) If no, why not?
