I refer to the Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee (ACMC), and ask -
(1) Will the Minister explain why he failed to make appointments to the ACMC at an appropriate time before December 2002, which rendered it unable to meet as scheduled in early 2003?
(2) Will the Minister table a list of all those who have fulfilled the role of Registrar of the ACMC since January 1 2002, the dates of their departure, and their stated reasons for leaving the office?
(3) Can the Minister explain why such a high turnover of Registrars is occurring, and what the Minister is doing to promote a degree of stability within the Committee?
