I refer to the Government-commissioned 2020 Review of the Animal Welfare Act 2002 (reference: Animal Welfare Act Review 2002: https://web-prd.dpird.wa.gov.au/siteassets/documents/agriculture/livestock/animal-welfare-act-review-2020.pdf), which produced 52 recommendations aimed at modernising Western Australia's animal welfare framework, and I ask: (a) which of the 52 recommendations have been: (i) fully implemented; (ii) partially implemented or in progress; and (iii) not yet commenced; (b) will the Minister please table a list showing the status of each of the 52 recommendations, along with implementation timelines where available; (c) which of the recommendations require legislative amendment, and when are these expected to be introduced to Parliament; (d) which of the recommendations require additional government funding or resourcing to implement; and (e) will the Government commit to implementing all 52 recommendations in full in this term of government?
